Welcome to Onsted Community Schools. In the next few screens you will provide the basic information we need to prepare your employment paperwork before you meet with Human Resources.

Sensitive information is not collected online

This application will not ask for any of the following. You will provide these items in person with Human Resources.

Social Security numbers
Driver's license or state ID numbers
Banking or direct deposit information
Tax withholding elections
I-9 document information
Criminal-history declarations
Signatures

Your information will be used by Onsted Community Schools Human Resources to prepare your employment paperwork and onboarding records.

Most employees finish in about 10 minutes. Your answers are kept as you move between screens, and nothing is submitted until you review everything at the end.
